With over 12 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I provide thoughtful, evidence-based therapy rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect. My background includes community mental health, integrated behavioral healthcare, and university-level teaching, as well as leadership as a clinical director. I have worked with individuals and groups across the lifespan, supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and strengths-based, creating a safe and supportive space for meaningful and lasting change.
